Come train during open gym and practice on the obstacles. We have experienced coaches on staff during all of our open gyms to answer questions and help you navigate the obstacles!
Please note that on Saturdays and Sundays Open Gyms will take place primarily on our main obstacle floor and the action room will be reserved for birthday parties and private events. (If there are no parties or private events booked, the action room will be open and available for use during Open Gym.)
